In my opinion; the women of the world spend an incredible amount of time, effort and money to achieve the most luminous skin, the best body, the most glorious hair, the strongest nails and so much more. Unfortunately, we get our examples of beauty from the media and we all fall into that habit of trying to look like someone we are not. We often forget that we are not celebrities with a great team of makeup artists and stylist. We are all different and we need to appreciate and love the body we have been given. Trust me, I know I need to practice what I preach. I am no exception to this ridiculous and destructive habit. In an attempt to lessen the madness of buying every known product out there with the dream of flawless skin and a body with little to know body fat, I have done some research to bring you a collection of beauty secrets. Some are tried, tested and true (by me) and some I have searched the whole world to find. I hope they help!

Get 20-30 minutes of physical activity every day. I know that sounds difficult but we have to make it happen! Try these strategies:

Figure out what type of physical activity excites you that you could do and continue with. Don’t just pick something out of nowhere

Grab an at home video that you love. I suggest Zumba, everyone loves to dance around!

Use what you have at home. STAIRS! Tone your behind and legs without leaving the house. Try lunging up the stairs, jogging, anything.
If you feel like it’s too much time at once, try breaking it up. 10 mins twice a day. You can do that!
